Tony Campo has led and managed sales teams for decades. Through observation and real-life experience leading sales managers as well as sales professionals directly, Tony realized that something was missing. The old, tired approaches weren’t working. Why?? Because people were OVERWHELMED and distracted on a daily basis. This led Tony to think holistically about what was getting in the way and create his unique and proven Personal Effectiveness model.

Tony’s approach brings clarity and focus like no other process, taking the complexity of any business or individual circumstance and providing a simple yet holistic framework that builds off of the most effective foundation of all - that of self-discovery and self-awareness. With this foundation the process will not only change one’s business effectiveness (often increasing sales effectiveness) but also help you master the competing demands of work and life.

Tony grew up in the Detroit area and attended college in southern California where he met his wife, Sonja, who was from Utah. Today, Tony and Sonja have three adult children and one grandchild. They reside in Utah.
